Refund and Returns Policy

All customers are kindly requested to note that ordered products are generally delivered in 7-12 days. We have a highly efficient and strong distribution network, which allows us to reach out to our consumers very quickly, after order placement from their end.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. If your product is damaged in some way, you can be assured that we will ship you a new product in exchange – absolutely free of cost, when we get the ordered product from your end in its original packaging and condition.

We request you to ship your item back within 30 days of delivery date. Items on sale are final sale and not eligible for any return. When you send us the item, we will receive and inspect it. After proper inspection, we will notify you through an email that we have got your returned item and also give you information about whether your refund or return proposal has been approved or rejected from our end.

If you get an approval, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to you. This will take 2-3 working days to be processed. If you do not get a refund in a few days, you should get in touch with us. We may need some time before sending you the refund through your chosen method of payment. Even if after all this you still do not receive your refund, please contact us at our email ID.

No cancellation of order is accepted. If you face any problem with the placement of your order, we would request you to contact us immediately. If you want to cancel your order for some reason, please write to us at our email ID [email protected] and we will review the situation. We will be solely responsible for reviewing whether you have good enough reason for order cancellation to be considered.

You are advised to read the product description and our FAQ section for proper information and guidance. To be eligible for a return, you need to send the ordered item in an unused condition in the same state that you get it. You have to return it to us in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be exchanged on returned. We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom orders unless they arrive in a defective or damaged condition to your chosen address.

You have to be responsible for the payment of return shipping expenses. In case you are not able to return your order item in its original condition, you will be solely responsible for any loss in value.
